How to Delete Your QSR Account

You can permanently delete your Quality Sound Records account directly from the QSR mobile app.

1. Open the Quality Sound Records app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Select the Account tab.
4. Scroll to Account Management.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm your decision.

Your account will be permanently deleted after successful confirmation.

If you cannot access the QSR mobile app, email mgmt@qualitysoundrecords.com with the subject QSR Account Deletion Request.

Include the email address associated with your account. Our team may request additional verification before processing your request.

When you permanently delete your Quality Sound Records (QSR) account:

• Account information: Your account credentials and associated profile information are deleted from our active account systems.
• Listening history: Your account identifier is removed from stored listening events. Certain records, including song activity, timestamps, session identifiers, and approximate locations, may remain for aggregate analytics and operational purposes.
• Favorites: Favorites are currently stored locally on your device and may remain until the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
• Account access: You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.
• Permanent deletion: This action cannot be undone.

Important: Deleting your QSR account does not automatically remove every historical analytics record.
